Mason Gooding and Dylan Sprouse will be starring in a new action thriller together!
The Scream and Beautiful Disaster stars just wrapped filming on the upcoming Aftermath, Deadline reveals.
“Wanna watch two nerds beat each other up on a bridge? That’s what I thought. This flick is gunna be a fun one, @masonthegooding @itsmeganstott @dichenlachman and @tannerzagarino all go crazy in this. A wild ride filled with Army ranger executions all the way through, very fun stuff,” Dylan shared on Instagram with the news.
Mason commented, “This caption is exactly what this movie’s about and leaves no room for misinterpretation, no notes 👌🏾”

He added on his own Instagram story, “What’s cool about working with @dylansprouse is he actually doesn’t fake any stunts, we really just beat the sh*t out of eachother and kept the camera rolling; an HR nightmare but very entertaining.”
“That last post was a lie, @itsmeganstott , the queen herself, does all of my stunts for me,” Mason continued jokingly. “And I went ahead and did all of @tannerzagarino ‘s stunts… well i mean i tried to but they had him flippin and shootin and i couldn’t keep up so the had Megan do his too…” LOL!
Here’s a synopsis of Aftermath: On what should have been a peaceful afternoon drive, former Army Ranger Eric Daniels (Sprouse) finds himself trapped with hundreds of other commuters and a high-profile prisoner (Dichen Lachman) after a group of heavily armed ex-military contractors shut down Boston’s Tobin Bridge. As their leader (Gooding) starts killing hostages, Sprouse must rely on his military training, killer instincts, and some unexpected help to get his little sister – and everyone else – home safely.
Megan Stott, Kevin Chapman and Will Lyman also star.
Patrick Lussier serves as director, with a script by Nathan Graham Davis.
This reunites Dylan with Voltage Pictures and producers Brian Pitt and Lucas Jarach, who produced his upcoming movies Beautiful Disaster and the sequel Beautiful Wedding.
