Thanks to cell phones, we now have access to various games out of our pockets. People no longer have to be bored when they’re waiting in a long line, stuck in traffic, or simply have nothing else to do. Here are a couple of casual games you can just pick up and drop any time.

This game will need you to be strategic about your placement when it comes to the trajectory. The more times a ball bounces on a tile, the more deduction it will get. Each tile has a number of hits that you have to reach before it breaks.
It has several powerups and special tiles to make it more interesting like eliminating an entire row and column or a three-block radius. It also doesn’t force ads on you before every game. You can use the ads for an additional life if you’ve gone through all five hearts.
We’ve just gone through a pandemic, arguably still going, and this game kind of gives you an overview of how it spread. Of course, you’ll be helping it along by upgrading your pathogen so it can spread before a cure is invented or it becomes eradicated.
You can choose between different types of plagues like bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, nano-virus, or even a bio-weapon. You’ll decide what its symptoms are, what it can withstand, how it’s transmitted, and so on.
This isometric pixel game will keep you occupied for quite some time, especially since it’s an endless hopper game. The only way to lose is by taking the wrong step, resulting in you getting hit by a moving vehicle or drowning in the river.
The controls are very simple. Swipe up to move forward, and swipe left and right to move to the designated side. By collecting coins, you’ll be able to buy different avatars. There are different animals such as a cat, snail, and horse, as well as monsters like Dracula and Gandalf.

It’s also an endless game, but you can pause it whenever you like. The game is simple, you try to avoid the enemies that are swarming around you or kill them using the skills that you will gradually upgrade throughout the game.
In order to collect enough “money” to upgrade items, you need to walk past the gems that the enemies drop when they die. Of course, the game would be too dull if there are no bosses. Be sure to upgrade the right skills to survive longer.
Your character will land on a planet full of resources that you will have to mine in order for you to craft tools and weapons, kind of like Minecraft. You will have to collect resources like wood, stone, crystals, and more in order to expand your world.
You’ll also go through different terrains that have their own theme and monsters. For instance, you might find yourself fighting with a skeleton pirate as you land on the island through a boat, or encounter goblins as you try to mine for gold.
